Order Status

Click the "Order Status" link in the footer of our site to check your orders status.
Click the "Order Status" link in the footer of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
You should have received a tracking number from our shipping provider.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

My Account

  1. Click the "Order Status" link in the footer of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".

You may also create an account when checking out.

Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

FSI ships to over 140 countries worldwide. European customers can order directly from our European sales and service center (located in Belgium) from ShopFSI.eu.

If your country does not appear in the drop down list upon checkout and you're not located in Europe please E-Mail us at Sales@ShopFSI.com for more information on obtaining our products.

FSI is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. For international orders we currently accept most major credit cards and electronic wire transfers. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Guarantees

All new Flanders Scientific monitors come with a 2 year warranty, parts and labor, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, care, or handling of the monitor or normal wear and tear associated with typical use. RMA shipping charges for items sent to FSI are the responsibility of the customer and all RMA shipments should be fully insured by the customer. Risk of loss and damage only transfer to FSI after receipt and inspection of your return shipment. FSI will ship warrantable repairs back to you at our cost and reciprocate the shipping priority used by you to send the unit in for repair (e.g. if you send in a unit for repair using ground service we will return it using ground service, if you use overnight we will send it back to you using overnight service).

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

Pricing & Billing

We accept payment via Wire Transfer, direct banking and VISA or MastrCard credit cards. 

While we do not extend payment terms we can issue you a pro forma invoice if this is required to generate payment. Simply select request pro forma invoice as your payment method at checkout and our sales department will E-Mail you the required invoice.

We do not accept PayPal.

ShopFSI is for professionals only, in most cases you need to be VAT registered in your country to order from this store.

Customers in Belgium:

You will be assessed 21% VAT when you place your order.

All other European Union Customers:

Your VAT number will be checked in the EU VAT database, once the number is validated, we can process your order with 0% VAT.

Customers Outside of the European Union:

We do not directly collect VAT for customers outside of the EU, but you will be charged VAT at import in your country. You will receive an invoice from our shipping provider.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card will typically be charged within 24 hours of the time you place your order unless specifically stated otherwise on our site.

Buyer's Guide

Flanders Scientific sells primarily direct to end users. We do not have resellers or distibutors anywhere in the world. Most customers purchase through our online store, but we will also gladly assist you with your purchase over the phone. Our direct to end user business model saves you money and allows FSI's knowledgeable staff to support you quickly and directly with any sales or support concerns.

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
