Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Click the "My Account" link in the footer of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. After placing your order, you may click the "Order Status" link in the footer of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
FSI ships to over 140 countries worldwide. European customers can order directly from our European sales and service center (located in Belgium) from ShopFSI.eu.
If your country does not appear in the drop down list upon checkout and you're not located in Europe please E-Mail us at Sales@ShopFSI.com for more information on obtaining our products.
FSI is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. For international orders we currently accept most major credit cards and electronic wire transfers. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
Pricing & Billing
We accept payment via Wire Transfer.
While we do not extend payment terms we can issue you a pro forma invoice if this is required to generate payment. Simply select request pro forma invoice as your payment method at checkout and our sales department will E-Mail you the required invoice.
If this is your first time purchasing from our site you will be asked for a VAT registration number on the checkout screen. If you do not have a VAT registration simply leave this blank.
Customers in Belgium:
You will be assessed 21% VAT when you place your order.
All other European Union Customers:
If you are VAT registered you will not be charged VAT. If this is your first order from this site VAT will be shown on your initial order confirmation receipt until your VAT registration number can be validated by our system. Once validated an updated receipt will be sent to you. If purchasing with a credit card your initial order will be authorized, but not charged, for the full amount plus VAT. Credit card funds will only be captured for the appropriate amount after your VAT status is successfully confirmed. Once your VAT status is confirmed subsequent orders through your account will automatically show no VAT due. If we are unable to validate your VAT registration we will contact you before taking further action.
Customers Outside of the European Union:
We do not directly collect VAT for customers outside of the EU, but you may be assessed local VAT at import. Contact your local import and/or tax authority for further information.

Flanders Scientific sells primarily direct to end users. We do not have resellers or distibutors anywhere in the world. Most customers purchase through our online store, but we will also gladly assist you with your purchase over the phone. Our direct to end user business model saves you money and allows FSI's knowledgeable staff to support you quickly and directly with any sales or support concerns.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand".
